YES, you must complete a separate application for each property listing. Different properties are owed by different landlords. Each property listings, requires a separate list of applicants. If you have applied in the past for a different property, you must complete a new application for each and every new property that you are interested in. IMPORTANT: Before submitting an application please be sure to read the minimum and maximum household income criteria and available unit sizes. INCOME LIMITS and UNIT SIZES vary depending on the property.

Yes, all property owners accept Section 8. A copy of the applicants Section 8 award letter will be required when the applicant is called from the lottery waiting list.
