 Pets fees - $350 refundable + $50/month non refundable

 Applications fees $50 per adult applicant only if called from the lottery list and certified

Regular Vehicle Parking $150 per month, Electric Vehicle $250 per month

What are the income limits for this project ? 

This project has units that are available to qualified applicants whose combined household income, including assets, meet the criteria for this affordable housing project “ 40% AMI, 60% AMI , 80% AMI MAXIMUM INCOME.” This is defined as the total combined gross annual income for all members of a household whose total income is NO greater than 40% AMI, 60% AMI , 80% AMI  for the Newark FMR Metro Area as defined by the US department of of Housing and Urban Development for 2023.

Household annual income must not exceed maximum limits.

Income limits for 2023 are as follows

40% AMI INCOME LIMITS

Combined annual gross household income 

Must not exceed Maximum 40 % AMI :

 

1 Person household must not exceed maximum of $34,120

2 Person household must not exceed maximum of $39,000

3 Person household must not exceed maximum of $43,880

60% AMI INCOME LIMITS

Combined annual gross household income 

Must not exceed Maximum 60 % AMI :

1 Person household must not exceed maximum of $51,180

2 Person household must not exceed maximum of $58,500

3 Person household must not exceed maximum of $65,820

80% AMI INCOME LIMITS

Combined annual gross household income 

Must not exceed Maximum 80 % AMI :

1 Person household must not exceed maximum of $68,240

2 Person household must not exceed maximum of $78,000

3 Person household must not exceed maximum of $87,760

4 Person household must not exceed maximum of $97,440
