What are the income limits for this project ?
This project has units that are available to“moderate income” qualified applicants whose combined household income, including assets, meet the criteria for this affordable housing project “Moderate Income” is defined as the total combined gross annual income for all members of a household whose total income is greater than 50% but does not exceed 80%, of the area median income for the Jersey City FMR Metro Area as defined by the US department of of Housing and Urban Development for 2025.
Income 2025 limits for MODERATE-INCOME HOUSING are as follows:
Maximum 80% of AMI
Income for a 1 person household - $75,040
Income for a 2 person household - $85,760
Income for a 3 person household - $96,480
Income for a 4 person household - $107,200
What is the minimum criteria and selection criteria for this project ?

All applicants selected for an official application will be required to complete a Homebuyer Education Course or First Time Home Buyer Education from H.U.D Certified Counseling Agency
